Level 1: Payment Plan

Hardships are split into manageable bi-weekly payments to keep you housed.

Level 2: Remote Worker

Place a vetted worker in your spare room to help cover your rent balance.

Level 3: Room Rental

We rent extra rooms to vetted individuals. Income goes directly toward your balance.

Level 4: Voluntary Move-Out

Transition without an eviction record. You keep your membership and portability for later.

Level 5: Eviction

Absolute last resort. Only used if communication fails. Results in a permanent ban.

No. We qualify based on your income. Period. We don't run credit checks.

What if I have a past eviction?

That's exactly who we're for. Your future, not your past. We just need you to be honest about it.

What if I have a criminal record?

We don't automatically disqualify anyone. We look at your whole situation and willingness to rebuild.

How much does it cost to join?

A one-time Community Fund Fee of 1.5x your monthly rent. This is an investment in the fund that guarantees you.

What if I can't afford the fee upfront?

We have payment plans spread over 12 or 24 months. Money should not be the barrier.

What happens after I'm in the program?

You pay rent to us. You have a Success Manager. After 12 months, you get Lifetime Portability and help sealing your record.

Can I move to another city?

Yes. After 12 months on-time, you get Lifetime Portability to any Havenbridge property.

What if my landlord won't work with you?

It happens. If they refuse, we help you find another home. We don't abandon you.
