How the Swap Works
We Verify Your Income
Just like our standard program, we verify that your income is at least 1.5x the rent. We don't care about your past credit—we care about your ability to pay today.
We Approach Your Landlord
We handle the conversation. We explain to your landlord that we will become the master tenant, guaranteeing their rent on the 1st of every month through the Haven Vault.
Lease Transition
We sign a master lease with the landlord. You sign a sublease with us. You keep your home, but the landlord’s risk is eliminated by our guarantee.
