We have built five distinct levels of support to keep you housed before things go wrong.
The Support System
Five Levels of Stability
Level 1
Payment Plan
If your hardship is temporary—a few months—we split your rent into bi-weekly payments. It’s easier to manage. There’s a small transaction fee, but you stay current and stay housed.
Level 2
Remote Worker
If you have space—a spare bedroom—we can place a vetted remote worker in your home. They pay reduced rent to us, and that money helps cover your balance. You stay. They get housing. Everyone wins.
Level 3
Room Rental
If you have extra rooms, we can rent them to vetted individuals. The rental income goes directly toward what you owe. You keep your space. We fill the rest.
Level 4
Voluntary Move-Out
If you truly can't recover, we help you transition. You move out voluntarily. You keep your membership and your portability. When you’re ready, you can try again with us. No eviction on your record. No stain.
Level 5
Eviction (Last Resort)
This is the absolute last resort. If you refuse to participate or communicate, we are forced to evict. You are permanently banned. But we will exhaust every other option first.
