In the regular rental world, an emergency leads to an eviction.
Landlords don’t want to hear your story. They just want their money. We’re different. If you ever struggle to pay rent, you call us first. Not your landlord. Not the court. Us.
We have five distinct levels of support to ensure your future isn’t dictated by a temporary mistake.
Payment Plan
If your hardship is temporary—a few months—we split your rent into bi-weekly payments. It’s easier to manage. There’s a small transaction fee, but you stay current and you stay housed.
Remote Worker
If you have space—a spare bedroom—we can place a vetted remote worker in your home. They pay reduced rent to us, and that money helps cover your balance. You stay. They get housing. Everyone wins.
Room Rental
If you have extra rooms, we can rent them to vetted individuals. The rental income goes directly toward what you owe. You keep your space. We fill the rest.
Voluntary Move-Out
If you truly can’t recover, we help you transition. You move out voluntarily. You keep your membership and portability. **No eviction on your record. No stain.**
Eviction (Absolute Last Resort)
If you refuse to participate or communicate, we are left with no choice but to evict. You are permanently banned from the program. **We will exhaust every other option first.**
