How It Works

  2. We review your lease and talk to your landlord.
  3. You pay the Community Fund Fee (1.5x monthly rent).
  4. We sign a master lease with your landlord, releasing you completely.
  5. We find a new PHB member to take over the property.
  6. You move on with your life – no further obligations.
