Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to pay to partner with you?

It depends on the level of partnership. Tier 1 training is $3,500 one-time. Tier 2 is $7,500. Tier 3 is $15,000/ year. Vault Builder is monthly giving. There's no pressure to choose a particular level. We'll help you find what fits your church.

What if we refer someone who doesn't qualify for housing?

You pay nothing. Fees are only paid upon successful placement. If we can't help them, you owe nothing.

How does the referral fee work?

When you refer a tenant who becomes a member, you receive $250. When you refer a landlord who signs a master lease, you receive $250. When you refer a church that becomes a partner, you receive $100. Fees are paid within 30 days of the successful placement.

Can we refer landlords too?

Absolutely. Many churches have landlords in their congregation who struggle with vacancies and problem tenants. Refer them to us. We'll guarantee their rent. They get peace of mind. You get a referral fee.

What about confidentiality?

We never share member information without consent. You'll receive aggregate reports about how many families your church has helped, but never names or identifying details.

What if we need emergency housing for a church member?

Contact us immediately. Our members get priority access to our properties. We'll do everything we can to get them housed.
