We Verify Income

Show us you have steady income at least 1.5 times the monthly rent. Pay stubs, bank statements, or employer letters are all accepted.

We Become Your Guarantor

We don't just refer you. We sign the master lease with your landlord. We assume all financial risk and guarantee your rent.

You Sublease With Us

You sign a sublease with Havenbridge. You pay rent to us, and we pay your landlord. One point of contact, one partner.

Level 1: Payment Plan

Temporary hardships are split into manageable bi-weekly payments to keep you current.

Level 2: Remote Worker

We can place a vetted worker in your spare room to cover rent while you recover.

Level 3: Room Rental

Rent extra rooms to vetted individuals to cover your monthly balance directly.

Level 4: Voluntary Move-Out

Transition out without an eviction record. You keep your membership and portability for the future.

Level 5: Eviction

The absolute last resort if communication fails. Results in a permanent ban from the program.
